What Is 3DE?
3DE by Junior Achievement is a career-connected learning model that transforms high school education through real-world business challenges, experiential instruction, and industry partnerships.
Designed to strengthen career readiness and expand economic mobility, 3DE integrates local employers directly into the classroom. Students acquire the skills, mindsets, and competencies required in today’s workforce.
Rather than learning concepts in isolation, students apply academic content to solve real challenges facing Sarasota County companies. This approach builds:
